We manufacture a wide range of tools, from cutting and bending tools for hybrid production to 4 tons heavy busbar tools. We either design and develop in-house using state-of-the-art CAD systems or produce in accordance with the customer’s construction specifications. All our tools undergo testing on trial presses with a capacity of up to 250 tons and an installation space of 2400 mm. Subsequently, we validate the tools in our stamping shop and perform the final inspection of the tools in-house.
From the first out of tool to the serial order, we punch for our customers on systems up to 4 mm strip thickness and 400 mm strip width, in a purpose-built production hall. Ongoing monitoring, documentation and evaluations are just as much a part of our workflow as the optimization of the production processes.
We manufacture individual parts with state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring top quality at attractive prices in the shortest possible time. We provide an offer within one business day, whether it’s for cutting punches or 3D milled parts for automation solutions. Our customers include special plant manufacturers, toolmakers, and production companies.
