We manufacture a wide range of hand-sized to meter-sized punching tools and special tools, from cutting and bending tools or progressive tools for hybrid production to 4 ton busbar tools. Possible material thicknesses range from 0.07 to 4 mm. All tools undergo extensive testing on test presses with a capacity of up to 250 tons and an installation space of 2400 mm. This is followed by a precise inspection in our stamping shop before the tool is finally approved in our company. We pay attention to perfect material selection for the entire stamping process.
We either design and develop in-house using state-of-the-art CAD systems or produce according to the customer’s design specifications.

From pilot runs to series orders, we manufacture stamped products for our customers in our specially equipped production hall on systems with a strip thickness of up to 4 mm, a strip width of 400 mm and a maximum pressing force of 160 tons.
If required, we work in shift operation with continuous monitoring of the parts in accordance with the VDE standard, documentation and evaluation as well as comprehensive process support (product punching, complete measurement, part measurement). We produce either with tools manufactured by us or provided by the client.

We produce individual parts with state-of-the-art machines in top quality at attractive prices within the shortest possible time. Our production range extends from pin-sized small parts or special screws for precision mechanics to meter-sized tool plates. These include, for example, punches, round plates for special systems, pliers, scrap carts, welded waste bins, welding frames, aluminum plates, spare parts of all kinds and milled plastic parts. The production processes we use include wire eroding, die sinking, cylindrical grinding, profile grinding, 5-axis CNC milling, turning and welding.
