With the desired product in mind, we offer comprehensive consulting and project planning services to support our customers in setting up production lines. From optimizing the product idea and possible solutions for mass production to the finished production line and the selection of suitable suppliers, we offer expert advice right from the beginning and continue to support projects in the future.
In other words: from the product idea to the entire production line, we work with our customers to ensure they have everything they need for successful production and we support them during implementation.
How can we support you?
We either develop and design in-house using the latest CAD systems or produce according to the customer’s design specifications. We pay attention to the best possible manufacturability of the parts.
For tools designed by us, we provide our customers with a comprehensive data package with 2D and 3D data as well as maintenance lists, explanations and set-up plans.
When designing special systems, such as for automatic punching presses, we pay attention to energy-efficient, suitably dimensioned presses as well as ergonomic and effective handling for setters.
What can we develop or design for you?
We support our customers in the construction of production lines and, with our team of toolmakers, setters and service staff for special systems and automatic punching presses, we assist with the commissioning and training of the systems. Acceptance and commissioning can take place in our production hall or at the customer’s premises.
During commissioning, the system can be put into operation at the customer’s premises using our tools (tool set-up, system connection). During training, we focus on system maintenance, tool maintenance and measuring the punched parts.
Do you have any questions?
We maintain the punching tools according to the respective maintenance plan and our customers’ specifications. We grind the punches, replace springs and renew parts so that production continues to run with the usual quality and efficiency.
As part of an optimization process, we adapt customer tools that are not functioning optimally and thus improve production.
What would you like to have maintained?
We are a sales partner of Huras Stanzautomation and offer our customers comprehensive advice on automation solutions and supply or install all types of special systems.
